FAQ
Is sport therapy only for athletes?
No. Anyone experiencing muscle tension, fatigue, body pain, or even daily stress can benefit from sport therapy.
How is it different from a relaxation massage?
Relaxation massage focuses more on calming the nerves and reducing stress, while sport therapy targets muscles, pain relief, and improving body function. It’s deeper and more specialized.
Does a facial thin or damage the skin?
No. If done correctly and professionally, it won’t damage the skin. In fact, it helps with skin regeneration and nourishment. It just needs to be chosen according to your skin type (dry, oily, sensitive, etc.).
How often should we get a facial?
It depends on each person’s skin, but generally once a month or every 4–6 weeks is ideal since that’s the natural cycle of skin cell renewal.
